Description
The style of the villa is one of the characteristic features of the architecture of the Gallura especially the urban center of the high Gallura. The architectural project has allowed us to make the most of all the volumes that make up the large surface area of about 1500 square meters. The interior and exterior are flowing harmoniously into one another. In particular, the living area opens onto a large terrace overlooking the infinity pool, creating continuity with the sea and the Archipelago of La Maddalena and Corsica. The villa is set in a park of Mediterranean scrub and granite rocks, while the area closest to the villa is characterized by a lawn and flower enriched with marble fountains and bronze sculptures that accompany the visitor from the entrance inside the villa.
The villa is on several levels. It is surrounded by a lush garden of 10,000 square meters making the union with the rest of the landscape in such a way that everything seems to have been always so. The first level is that main, there are airy open spaces, a bright living room with large windows, large dining room that overlooks the pool and garden, has a large kitchen. The other levels are reserved to the sleeping area where every room has a different charm. There are 14 spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms covered in Bisazza mosaic: different one from the other. A mixture of affinity researched: in the times, styles and tastes; in which the spaces and the furnishings are found and fit together in a combination, at the end, perfect. This villa meets all the standards of a high-level dwelling, of taste elegant and sophisticated.
